Digital Marketing Implementation Senior Specialist

Our Client accelerates its digital journey globally, there is a growing need for roles that focus on Consumer Digitalization. We are looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Digital Marketing Implementation Specialist in the FMCG industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the deployment, codification, scaling, execution, and tracking of consumer engagement strategies and campaigns, as well as personalization initiatives.
• Working closely with Business Unit Marketing Teams, Media Agencies, and Key Media Partners,to ensure alignment and effectiveness of campaigns.
• Identify barriers to audience-first campaign development and activation, and devise solutions through education and stakeholder engagement.
• Implement personalization and first-party led planning across campaigns, codify learnings, and scale across broader marketing teams.
• Execute and optimize campaigns in collaboration with managers,
• Track results of personalization implementation, communicate learnings, and incorporate into future planning.
• Report productivity for activities related to personalization and asset reuse.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field - prefered.
• Digital and FMCG/Retail background with expertise in omni-channel marketing processes and technology
• Knowledge of B2C communication practices for FMCG/Retail sectors.
• Proficiency in understanding customer data and user journeys.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems.
• Highly effective communicator across multiple markets.
• Experience in managing complex projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborative and straightforward communication style.
• Flexible and responsive approach to challenges.
• Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
